Why Does Amazon Want This Data?

For complaints such as "the product was never shipped", "the product was fake" or "the sale of the product is not genuine", Amazon requires evidence that the order was actually received and paid for. In such cases, SP-API data from Amazon's system is considered the strongest evidence.

What Data Do We Offer?

With the technical support we provide, we access the following data from our client's account:

  • Order Data: Order number, date, recipient information, order status, amount
  • Financial Data: Has payment been received? What are the commissions? What is the net balance?

This data comes from Amazon's SP-API system directly, reliably is pulled. Thus, the information submitted to Amazon is taken directly from the system, not 3rd party documents.

How Does the Process Work?
