ETGB, i.e. Electronic Trade Customs Declaration, is the declaration required to perform customs clearance of goods in e-commerce transactions. ETGB is filled in electronically. It is an application used to facilitate trade between countries as well as to speed up customs procedures.

There are two basic conditions for an E-commerce transaction to be made with an Electronic Trade Customs Declaration, in other words, to be characterized as micro-scale. These two conditions, also known as the ETGB export limit, are as follows:

  • The gross weight of the shipped product is less than 300 kg
  • Product value not exceeding 15 thousand Euros
