This Privacy Policy explains how Export Partners LLC (“Export Partners”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit our websites (exportpartners.com.tr and exportpartnersllc.com), contact us, or authorize us to manage your Amazon Advertising account. 1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message when you fill in a form, e-mail or call us.
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel).
- Amazon Advertising data: if you are our client and you authorize our application through Login with Amazon, we access the advertising data of the advertiser accounts you authorize, such as campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targeting, budgets and performance reports.
2. How we use information
- To answer your request, prepare proposals and deliver the services you engage us for.
- To manage and optimize your Amazon advertising campaigns, prepare performance reports and recommendations for you, only within the scope you authorize.
- To operate, secure and improve our websites.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Amazon Advertising API data
Data obtained through the Amazon Advertising API is used solely to provide advertising management and reporting services to the advertiser who authorized access. We do not sell this data, we do not use it to build profiles of shoppers, we do not combine it with data from other advertisers, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us host our systems under confidentiality obligations or where required by law. Access is limited to authorized Export Partners staff. Authorization tokens are stored securely and are never published. You can revoke our access at any time from your Amazon account, and on request we delete the advertising data we hold for your account within 30 days, unless we must keep certain records by law.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that support our operations (for example hosting, e-mail, payment processing and analytics), with government agencies when a service requires it and you instruct us (for example an FDA or USPTO filing), or when required by law.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by writing to the address below. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
